Spooky Halloween Cupcake Decorating

Join in on a bit of Halloween fun at Let's Play! They've got a jam-packed day of activities to keep the kids entertained, including Halloween cupcake decorating, Halloween colouring-in, Halloween themed messy play, and a Halloween scavenger hunt with prizes. The Great Moscow Circus

Diwali Celebration

Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is a vibrant Hindu celebration symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness and good over evil. It’s celebrated with lighting lamps, decorating homes, sharing meals, exchanging gifts, and honoring Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth.


The Gungahlin Marketplace is bringing the Diwali celebration to Marketplace! this weekend. Join in on a weekend packed with festivities, stunning displays, and cultural experiences including Henna tattoos, Rangoli display, storytelling and live performances.

Pictures and Popcorn in the Park

It's not technically in Canberra, but if you feel like a drive to a beautiful small town outside of Canberra, Goulburn is holding their Pictures & Popcorn in the Park event this Saturday. There will be a Kids' Zone with face painting, a gaming can, an inflatable maze, a jumping castle, bubble play, plus Eat Street with food vans serving an array of tasty cuisines. The event runs from 12-9pm, with the first movie (Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse) starting at 3pm. Find more information here.
